The Vendor Advocacy Role includes:​

 

  • Referring a senior local Real Estate Agent who will manage the sale process in a professional and compassionate manner with the goal of achieving maximum profit
     

  • Help preparing for sale and sorting through, helping to value and sell items that are no longer needed, and redistribute
    the rest.
     

  • Co-ordinating other professionals needed throughout the process such as the Conveyancer and Moving Planner.

 

 

As a result, you will feel:

  • Safe and secure knowing you are supported independently
     

  • More confident and positive about your next move.​

 

There is no cost to the client (downsizer) for this service.
